How to Install BKM400？

If your TV does not have a USB port: (using optical connection as an example)

Connect the power and hook up with TV

Plug the USB transmitter into a power source and connect to your TV’s audio output port with one of the three included audio cables.

Turn on and pair

Long press the power button for 3s to turn on the headphones. When a slow breathing blue light is on the headphone, the pairing is successful.

Set audio output

You should be able to hear the sound once the pairing is successful, if not, ensure the TV audio format is set to”PCM” and “DOLBY/DTS” is set to”OFF” (lf the TV has “DOLBY/DTS”)

Enjoy you own time with personal volume,without disturbing others.

The TV’s USB port is fully compatible with output audio (No noise after connection):

Plug in audio out port correctly

Plug the USB transmitter and one of the three included cables correctly into the ports on your TV.

Turn on and pair

Troubleshooting

If you don’t know how to install or make the TV settings, please let us know.

1. Doesn’t Work:

Make sure the pairing between the wireless tv headphones and the USB transmitter is successful (Breathing blue light of headphones flashes slowly).

1) BKM400 wireless headphones for tv is only connected to the TV through the USB option, no sound can be heard.

After successful pairing, please follow the steps below:

If the TV’s USB port supports audio output: Open the sound settings, and adjust the TV audio to “USB”;If the TV’s USB port doesn’t support output audio: Change the connection to optical, 3.5mm or RCA.

2) Plugged in USB port and optical/3.5mm/RCA port at the same time:

Unplug any device from the 3.5mm AUX jack and HDMI ARC jack;Adjust the TV setting to “External Speaker”or“PCM”;If it still has no sound: please take off the USB transmitter from the tv, and get power to the USB transmitter via power adapter.

3) Verify the source device is not muted, set the volume on the source to a high level, you can plug regular wired headphones directly into your TV’s audio output and check if you can hear sound.

4) Make sure the headphones have enough power. (Please use the included charging cable to charge the headphone ), If the above doesn’t work, please tell me.

2. Poor Sound, Noise or Headphone Connection Interruption:

1) It may be caused by the incompatibility between the TV and USB transmitter. Please take off the USB transmitter from the TV, and get power to it through power adapter.

2) Move the source of interference (wireless devices or excessive physical barriers) away or move away from them. And make sure to turn off Bluetooth on other devices, then pair headphones and transmitter again or clear pairing history of BOTH them. (Clear pairing history is NOT turn on/off.)

3. Have Delay or Out of Sync:

1) When you need to watch streaming media on their TV, start with the regular TV show and turn to streaming after hear the sound through headphones. And please adjust the TV audio format to “PCM” and “External Speaker” twice.

2) Before using tv headphones, make sure the TV is not connected to other Bluetooth devices.

3) Do not pair your TV and TV headphones directly by searching for Bluetooth, which may cause the TV and headphones to become out of sync.

4. Adjust Volume on TV Headphone:

Click the volume “+” or “-” button on the headphones. If the volume on headphones is at the max level and you want to increase the volume again, you could adjust the volume in the audio source directly.

5. How to Pair the TV Headphones with Transmitter:

The BKM400 TV headphones wireless is paired with the transmitter before shipping. Power it on and it will pair automatically.
