Q1. Why my Jawploy fitness tracker could not be turn on?
When you get the Jawploy fitness tracker, long press the knob crown(on the right side of watch body) for 5 seconds, if it still cannot be turned on, it means that the watch is out of power. Please charge it to activate.
Q2. Why my Jawploy activity tracker cannot be charged?
Make sure the positive and negative poles of the charger are correctly aligned with the watch’s charging area. Check if the charger is connected to a power source and turned on. If the watch’s battery is extremely low, please allow time for initial pre-charging before normal charging begins.
Q3. How to set the date and time of Jawploy fitness tracker smart watch?
The Jawploy fitness tracker will automatically synchronize the time and date with your phone after connection. When the fitness tracker is out of power or disconnected for too long, there may be a very small error in [time] when you operate it again. After the battery is fully charged, please connect your phone again, it will automatically synchronize the time to the right one.
Q4. What about the accuracy of step count data?
Wear the watch 1 finger away from the wrist, close to skin, good position makes test data more accurate.
The device calculates steps based on an accelerometer. Therefore, the accuracy of step count depends on walking posture, walking habits, speed, continuity, terrain, arm swing amplitude, and frequency.
1.Please make sure that you’ve correctly filled in gender, height, weight, age, and other factors in the Runmefit app, and synchronize all information to the device.
2.In daily life, prolonged or rhythmic swinging of the arm or body might lead the device to misjudge that you’re walking, resulting in a deviation in the number of steps.
3.If you only take a few steps and do not continue walking, the device might not record that step data.
4.Since the device doesn’t support GPS function, there may also be some differences in the number of steps in the exercise mode.

How to Connect Watch with Phone in App
To keep connection and get notification, please:
1. lock app in phone backstage, let app working even screen closed, related authority is also required.
2. Add the Runmefit app to the background protection whitelist.
3. If disconnected, please unlock your phone screen, wait 6-10s, it will re-connect automatically (as long as app is working in backstage). If not (BT signal maybe hidden in some smartphone), please re-connect in app manually.
4. If disconnect for too long, re-connect manually in app.
[Why does my watch keep disconnecting from the “Runmefit” App?]
To ensure a stable Bluetooth connection between the device and the app: (1) Update both the device and the Runmefit App to the latest versions. (2) Make sure the Bluetooth of both the device and the smartphone is turned on. (3) Turn on the GPS of your smartphone and allow the Runmefit app to access your location. (4) Launch the Runmefit app to see if the device reconnects automatically.
If the reconnection is successful:
It might mean that the Runmefit app isn’t running smoothly in the background on your Android phone. Please add “Runmefit” to the list of protected background apps. If there are other activity restrictions, remove them.
If reconnection fails, please follow the steps below:
(1) Restart the phone’s system Bluetooth and reconnect. (2) Restart the watch and reconnect. (3) Restart the smartphone and reconnect. (4) Unpair the device through the app and
reconnect.
If none of the above works:
(1) Reset the device to factory settings. (2) Go to the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone, and check if your device is still paired. (3) If yes, please delete the pairing information and reconnect via the Runmefit app.
How to Use Phone Function
Just like a smart phone, Jawploy smart watch can make/anwer call, also receive message notification.
[If got problems about receive notifications]
Please go through the following checks:
•Ensure both your device and the “Runmefit” App are updated to the latest versions. If not, please update first.
•Check the Bluetooth connection between your phone and device, making sure the App syncs data properly.
•Make sure the Notifications switch is turned on in the “Runmefit” App, then turn on the App switches you want to receive notifications from.
•Check if your device’s “Do Not Disturb” mode is on. When this mode is enabled, vibration alerts will be turned off.
•The notification push feature only supports syncing notifications from the phone’s status bar. Make sure that the relevant app’s message notifications are set to push to the status bar.
For Android users:
(1) Navigate to Settings > Notification center on your smartphone. (2) Turn on notifications for the relevant apps. (3) Ensure that all function switches such as “Show in status bar”, “Banner Notifications”, and “Lock screen notifications” are on.
For iOS users:
(1) Navigate to Settings > Notifications on your smartphone. (2) Turn on the notifications switch for the relevant apps. (3) Ensure notifications are set to show in the notification center.
