NOTE about the microphone:

If you somehow hear a hissing sound from the microphone ports even when you’re not playing music, don’t worry. It’s just the magnetic interference with your own microphones, which is mostly caused by condenser microphones, so we suggest using dynamic microphones instead. Or put a magnetic block there and the hissing will disappear.

NOTE for Remote Control:

The remote only controls parts of all functions, not for full control. And please remove the battery insulation sheet on the remote when receiving it to make it work.

NOTE for FM Radio:

Since the memory of the unused amplifier FM chip is blank, you need to complete the following operations first. First, switch to FM mode, press the pause button to start searching for channels, and there will be noise during this whole process. When completed, the channels will be stored.

There is currently no way to preset FM radio stations for the amplifier. The frequency range of radio reception is 87.5-108MHz.

NOTE for Bluetooth range:

Please keep a distance of 16.4ft/5m between the device and the amplifier without blocking the wall. But if you connect with TV or PC devices, please keep the distance within 6.5ft/2m.

NOTE for loosening the screw:

We recently received a feedback from a buyer saying that there seemed to be loose screws inside the device. If you have encountered the same problem, please contact immediately.

We can assure you that our devices went through multiple inspection processes to ensure their good condition before sending them to the Amazon Fulfillment Center. If there was a problem of loose nuts, it would probably be caused by bumps and collisions due to long-distance transportation or careless package delivery.

NOTE for TV connection:

You can connect the audio amplifier to your TV via the audio cable. When connecting via the audio cable, make sure the input selector has been set to line mode for proper use.
