HOW TO APPLY: Blend a thin layer of the Spackle Primer onto clean skin before makeup application to smoothen and hydrate skin. Use Balance-n-Brighten all over face. Swirl the brush in product, gently tap off the excess, and apply to skin using sweeping, circular motions. Apply Blush-n-Brighten on the apples of your cheeks, blending up towards the hairline.
