Mixing LiME LiNE Bascoats
Clear Basecoat
Pour out the amount of basecoat needed to complete your project. Keep in mind the reducer will double what’s in your paint cup.

Urethane Reducer
You will need to reduce your mixture to make it spray smooth through your paint gun or airbrush.
Mix in reducer 1:1 (50/50)
Note: This is not a hard rule add more reducer for smaller tip spray guns or airbrushes.

Mix thoroughly using a reusable stir stick.
Mixing and Spraying Candy Concentrate (Step 1)
Mix candy concentrate with clear basecoat according to manufacturers specifications
Mixing and Spraying Candy Concentrate (Step 2)
Reduce approximately 1:1 (50/50) to make the mixture spray smooth through your paint gun
Mixing and Spraying Candy Concentrate (Step 3)
ALWAYS USE (NIOSH/MSHA) APPROVED RESPIRATOR
Apply 3 coats or until full hide. Spray in clean well ventilated areaAllow 5-10 minutes between coatsAllow 10-20 minutes after last coat before clearcoat

Spray 3-4 coats of 2 part catalized clear coatAllow to dry overnight

1st coat
Approximately 50% coverage Allow to dry (flash off)
2nd coat
Approximately 75% coverageAllow to dry 5-10 minutes
3rd coat
100% coverage Apply more coats if need to achieve full coverage and more depthWait 10-20 before clearcoat

3-4 coats of clearcoatAllow to dry overnight
Application on Factory Paint (Step 1)
Pour pearls, flakes or pigments into your basecoat mixture to desired potency
Application on Factory Paint (Step 2)
Reduce approximately 1:1 (50/50) to make the mixture spray smooth through your paint gun
Application on Factory Paint (Step 3)

Apply to desired Look (colors will brighten once clearcoated)Spray in clean well ventilated areaAllow 5-10 minutes between coats
