How to connect the PS5/PS4?

1.Set your headset to 2.4GHz USB dongle mode.

2.Plug the 2.4Ghz USB into the PS5/PS4 console.

3.Go to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices > Set Input and Output Device to M600 > Set Output to Headphones to All Audio > Set Volume Control to 100%.

Why isn’t the headset connecting to my device in 2.4Ghz USB mode?

1.USB Extension/Hub not recommended.

2.Try to Replace a USB jack (some USB jacks may be power shortage).

3.For PC, it is recommended to plug into the USB jack at the back of the host.

4.Check if the headset is already connected with other devices.

Can the wireless function of M600 gaming headset be used with Xbox?

No, but you can use its wired mode (Type-C to 3.5mm cable) to connect the Xbox controller.

Why doesn’t the headset work when in Bluetooth mode?

1.Check if both the headset and your device open the Bluetooth mode, try to reduce the middle distance, and reconnect again.

2.If the indicator light is not blue, please switch modes.

3.Check if the headset is connected to another Bluetooth device
