Each piece is carefully assembled and the handles firmly riveted on, making them ideal for soups, stews, roasts, braises, and other heavy dishes on any stovetop.
EASY TO CLEAN & CARE FOR. To maintain the quality of your Legend cookware, allow to cool completely to room temperature. Clean with dish detergent and a sponge or soft mesh scrubber. To maintain luster, polish with water or baking soda and a mild acid, like vinegar or lemon juice. Dishwasher safe, but handwashing is best. Stainless steel copper core pots & pans require no special handling, unlike cast iron, pure copperware, enameled and nonstick clad cookware.
GENUINE 5 PLY DESIGN. Each layer of premium metal serves a purpose: 304 stainless steel for safe, easy-clean cooking; a thick copper core for rapid, reliable conductivity; aluminum layer A & B; and 430 magnetic steel for performance on all cooktops. The aluminum layers help reduce the weight of the sturdy copper layer. Heat distribution to handles may occur over long periods of high temperature cooking. Make sure to use a potholder when grasping handles.
